Man 56 Charged With Manslaughter by Police in Lofa

VOINJAMA, Dec 8 (LINA)-Police in Lofa County has charged a 56 year-old man with manslaughter and forwarded him to the 10th Judicial Circuit Court for trial.

TUBMANBURG, December 8 (LINA) – A Senatorial aspirant for Bomi County in the upcoming Mid-term Senatorial Election, Haja Washington, has donated a 1.5 KV Generator and five bags of 50 kg rice to the Jenneh #3 Police Depot in Dewein District, Bomi County.

GBARNGA, December 8 (LINA) –William T.F. Senni who is on trial for armed robbery at the 9th Judicial Circuit Court in Gbarnga, Bong County, admitted committing the crime when he took the witness stand at the weekend.

According to the Liberia News Agency, the President of Cuttington University in Suacoco, Bong County, Henrique Flomo Tokpa, donated LD$20,000 and pledged on behalf of the university US$500.00, while the President of BCCC, John Flomo, pledged LD$1,000,000 on behalf of himself and LD$800,000 on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the college.
