MONROVIA, September 4 (LINA) - Montserrado County Representative Henry Fahnbulleh has called for the creation of a National Scientific Institute to carry out scientific research and study on diseases as provided for by law.He noted that in the wake of the Ebola outbreak, doing nothing for the nation’s scientific community to provide research on diseases is not an option.
