When completed, the building will contain classrooms, offices, library and sanitary facilities and other compartments for the use of students and instructional staff of the institution.
This was disclosed recently to the Liberia News Agency (LINA) by Methodist Bishop Rev. Dr. John G. Innis in Bopolu City.
Bishop Innis said the school project is a gift from two American missionaries, John and Laurie Broglio of Virginia, the United States of America, to the Methodist Church of Bopolu City.
The Methodist Prelate said he expects over five hundred students within Bopolu City and its environs to attend the institution upon completion.
According to Bishop Innis, the Church is also contemplating constructing a modern clinic in the area to help reduce the large influx of patients at the county’s only referral hospital, the Jallah Lone Medical Center.
The Methodist Bishop did not disclose the cost of the planned clinic, but said he is optimistic that the project would begin in the not too distant future.
