According to the Liberia News Agency (LINA) correspondent in the county, this was disclosed by the County Health Officer, Dr. Julius Garbo, during the Ebola Response Coordination meeting held on Wednesday, July 30 in Sinje, Garwula District.

Dr.Garbo said the distribution of leaflets and posters is intended to adequately educate citizens and residents on how to prevent the deadly virus.

He urged the citizens to utilize the inscriptions on the posters and the leaflets so that the Ebola prevention campaign will benefit every citizen in Cape Mount.

The Liberian medical practitioner said prior to the distribution, the county health team and its partner, Medical Teams International (MTI) recruited and trained young people from the rural parts of the county who carried out the distribution and at the same time explained to their people the danger of the virus.

He appealed to citizens of the county to make maximum use of the Ebola prevention measures issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
