Presenting the items at the weekend, Pearl said it was the organization’s way of buttressing efforts by its various networks to combat the Ebola virus in the country.

The items include 10 bags of rice, large and small hand-washing buckets, powder milk, beans and sugar.

Executive Director Pearl put the cost of the items at over US$2,000.

She also presented US$50 to Radio Bomi on behalf of the Women NGOS Secretary of Liberia to enhance its role in disseminating anti-Ebola messages to the people.
