He attributed this to the citizens’ adherence to the preventive measures announced by the Health Ministry and its partners fighting the disease in the country.
In an interview with the Liberia News Agency over the weekend, Bellepu said the seven suspected cases recorded were imported by people who traveled to the district.
He also said despite the Ebola outbreak in the country, Panta District realized high annual yield in food production.
He said farms, including those of the Agriculture Ministry and World Food Program (WFP), USAID, Food and Enterprise Development (FED) had the anticipated annual harvests.
