He named some of the media institutions that reported on the President’s visit to the US in a more professional manner as The Inquirer, Daily Observer, Front Page Africa, Heritage, New Dawn, Success Forum, Analyst, Public Agenda, Liberian Nation and the Democrat.
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister Jackson has reaffirmed government’s commitment to fighting corruption in the country, adding that it remains public enemy number one.
He indicated that before her departure for the United States, President Sirleaf visited the Ministry of Justice and told Minister Benedict Sannoh to take the fight against corruption very seriously.
Jackson stressed that government’s efforts aimed at containing the negative consequences of corruption will not be compromised.
