In her message to Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, President Sirleaf extended warm felicitations and sincere best wishes of friendship to the Royal Family, the Government and People of Luxembourg as the country observes the historic event on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia and in her own name.

A Foreign Ministry release says President Sirleaf noted that the observation of this year's National Day of Luxembourg will provide another splendid opportunity for Liberia to reassert its fullest commitment to enhancing the very excellent ties of genuine partnership and cooperation between both countries and peoples.

"It is my hope that we will continue working bilaterally and at the multilateral level to explore development opportunities mutually rewarding to our two countries and peoples," the Liberian leader stated.
