about positive practices to respect and uphold in their communities.
Accordingly, stakeholders, including the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism are being contacted to plan the festival, according to NTCL Executive Secretary Peter Garwo.

Prizes will be awarded in various categories during the festival, Gzrwo said.
