According to the Principal of Goodridge High School, Davern Fahnbulleh, the exercise is intended “to ensure accountability and qualification” of teachers and enable those on the field to receive their salaries easily.
Fahnbulleh added that when the exercise is completed, government will increase the salaries of principals and teachers.
He told reporters that the exercise will also work in the interest of the teachers as they would be receiving more benefits and help to improve the educational system across the country.
