HARPER, July 19 (LINA) – Maryland County Senator J. Gblebo Brown has called for unity and reconciliation among citizens of the county.

Senator Brown said in the absence of reconciliation and unity his representation of the people of the county at the National Legislature will be fruitless.

Senator Brown made the call recently at the Harper City Hall when he addressed a cross-section of citizens and residents of Harper District during an appreciation meeting.

During the meeting, which was also attended by Senator H. Dan Morias, Senator Brown thanked the citizens for electing him during the Special Senatorial Election in December 2014.

Senator Brown disclosed plans by the county legislative caucus to convene an all Maryland conference in the county soon.

According to him, the conference will put in place a three-year development agenda that will enhance the growth and development of the county.
