BWI interim Principal Alexander Massay, who made the disclosure Tuesday, did not explain when the system was introduced, but expressed optimism that the Trimester System will be the best for enhancing student learning and performance.
He made the disclosure at the Ministry of Information regular press conference on Tuesday in Monrovia.
Massay said the introduction of the system is intended to ensure improved learning for students, pointing out that some reshape works in education have shown that the Trimester Block Learning System achieves better results.
“We are happy by the performances of the students, most especially in the senior high division, and also overwhelmed by the population of the institution,” Massay pointed out.
