ROBERTSPORT, August 13 (LINA) – The Joint Security in Grand Cape Mount County has arrested a 45-year-old Nigerian, Chukwuma Obeni, with a quantity of cocaine worth about US$2,200 at the Gbar Foboi checkpoint.

This was disclosed by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) local commander Octavius Manneh in an interview with the Liberia News Agency Wednesday at his Robertsport office.

Commander Manneh said the Nigerian was arrested Wednesday morning during a security inspection.

The DEA official said the drugs and suspect Obeni are currently in the custody of the Liberia National Police detachment in the county.
