Addressing the Ministry of Information press briefing Tuesday in Monrovia, Moore said the finding follows an assessment conducted by technicians of the ministry, international partners and consultants.

He said the required amount indicates that the ministry will need US$100 million each year for the next 20 years.

Minister Moore added that the project will include linking all county capitals with two-lane paved roads.

He also indicated that the Ministry of Public Works needs at least US$4 million each year to maintain roads across the country.

Meanwhile, Moore has disclosed plans by the ministry to resume construction and pavement of the Barnesville-Dry Rice Market road as well as streets and avenues in Sinkor during this dry season.

He also said construction and maintenance works will be done on the Police Academy-SKD Boulevard and Somalia Drive Roads during this dry season.
