Also appointed as Board of Directors of the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) are the National Commission on Higher Education, Chairman; The President, University of Liberia; The Chairman, Governance Commission; The Director-General, Civil Service Agency; Mr. Arthur Fumba, (Financial Expert); Mr. Saah N’Tow (HR/Career Development Expertise); Mr. Latim De-Thong (Private Sector Capacity Development).
