MONROVIA, October 15 (LINA) - President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has made new appointments in government affecting the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs, Labor and the National Identification Registry.
According to an Executive Mansion release, those appointed are Mr. Andrew W.
