MONROVIA, January 26 (LINA) – The Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) will Friday graduate over 400 candidates who have successfully completed capacity building in several disciplines.

In a press release issued Thursday, LIPA noted that the graduation exercise, which will be held in the University of Liberia auditorium on Capitol Hill in Monrovia, is the last phase of the 2016 Third Cycle.

The Minister of Youth and Sports, Saah N’tow, will serve as keynote speaker.

LIPA has extended its services to the private sector, non-governmental agencies and the public with 14 Certificate programs, five Diploma, 10 short-term programs and several tailor-made courses available upon request.

LIPA, as a member of the West African Management Development Institute
Network, also offers interested candidates the opportunity to pursue a Master in Public Sector Management Program at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in Accra, Ghana.

LIPA as a premiere center of excellence in capacity building for sustained quality service delivery was established by an Act of the Legislature in 1969 to build the capacity of civil servants of all government ministries, agencies and commissions.
