Justice Philip Banks, who is presiding over three petitions at the Supreme Court over the results of three counties in the senate elections, says he is prepared to quit his role at the high court if being independent means compromising his constitutional duties.

Monrovia, Jan 2, (Reuters) - The Royal Dutch Navy vessel, Karel Doorman, Friday docked at the Freeport of Monrovia to deliver another round of medical and logistical supplies to aid Liberia in the fight against Ebola.

The deadly Ebola outbreak will be ended in 2015, the outgoing head of the UN team fighting the disease has said.
