My fellow Liberians:

Since March of this year, our nation has been stricken by an unprecedented outbreak of the deadly Ebola Virus Disease. This outbreak overwhelmed and disrupted the rebuilding of our health system. It also undermined our normal economic, social, cultural and political activities. Many of our fellow citizens became infected and died.
