Mr. Henry Costa, Voice FM Station Manager and host of the "Costa Show" has been arraigned before  Criminal Court ‘C’ after lawyers presenting him filed a Writ of Habeas-Corpus against the Liberia National Police.

Habeas-Corpus is Writ issue by the Court to force any authority to bring the living body of any  individual who has been detained without charge for more than 48 hours. He was arraigned before court at 1:00pm and legal proceeding is now taking place under the watchful eyes of presiding Judge Peter Gbeneweleh.

Police officers arrested Mr. Henry Costa around 2:00 AM local time Saturday morning for allegedly Breaking curfew. Liberia currently has a 12:00 am to 6:00 am curfew in place as one of many measures To curb the spread of Ebola. Details to follow soon.
