MONROVIA, November 19 (LINA) - The National Trade Unions of Public Services and Allied Workers (NATUPAW) has donated anti-Ebola materials to the Local Miners Association of Liberia (LMAL) to enhance its fight against the Ebola virus.

The Local Miners Association of Liberia is an organization based in Bomi County, which is a  grouping of gold and diamond miners.  The items include 40 buckets, three bags of chlorine, 15 cartons of Clorox and nine sacks of detergent soap.

Presenting the items Tuesday in Monrovia, NATUPAW’s Secretary General
Tye  Jaye said the items were given to NATUPAW by its affiliate organization, Construction and Civil Engineer Staff Association of Nigeria (CCESAN) based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Receiving the items, the head of the LMAL delegation, Maxwell Ruggers, lauded the NATUPAW for identifying with the miners group and assured proper distribution and use of the donation.
