TUBMANBURG, Feb 23 (LINA) - The Training Facilitator of the Motorcyclists Training Program in Bomi County, Mr. Elijah Natee, has disclosed that the Rights and Rice Foundation (RRF) is training 100 Motorcyclists in Tubmanburg and 36 motorcyclists in Gbah.

He said the two-month training is being funded by the German International Corporation (GIZ) and implemented by the RRF. He, however, stopped short of saying how much is being spent on the exercise.

Speaking to the Liberia News Agency in an interview recently in Tubmanburg, Natee said the training is going on in Gbarpolu and Grand Cape Mount Counties.
Mr. Natee said, at the end of the training, certificates will be awarded to the participants.

He said topics being discussed at the training include Respect for the Rule of Law, Conflict Resolution, HIV/AIDS, Vehicle and Traffic Laws, Self-sustenance and Government and its Functions.

Mr. Natee said the training is also intended to transform the minds of motorcyclists, so that they can gain the respect of the public and enter the traffic with a change of attitude.

He said this phase of the training will end on the 25th of February, while the next phase of the training will take place in other counties.
