MONROVIA, February 4(LINA) - The Center for National Documents and Records Agency (CNDRA) has introduced customer service and marriage transaction software in its operating system.
CNDRA Director-General P. Bloh Sayeh launched the software at the National Archives Building in Sinkor, Monrovia Wednesday.
Sayeh said that the new system will enhance customer service transaction and improve the time of service delivery and proper data management as well as prevent unauthorized individuals using the system or product criminally.
The CNDRA official said that the software system will increase government revenue intake and make auditing easy.
She pointed out that the marriage transaction software system will enable management to digitize current and previous marriage records and bring the agency’s work on par with other countries.
Sayeh stressed that the software system is part of the ongoing structural and operational reforms which are in line with the government’s Agenda For Transformation.
