GBARNGA, March 4 (LINA) -The Chairman of the Bong County Legislative Caucus says the body has unanimously agreed to complete the Bong Technical College and to pave the major streets in Gbarnga, the county’s capital.

Senator Henry Yallah said considering the historicity of Gbarnga, all must be done by the Caucus and government to improve conditions in the city for the benefit of its citizens.

He noted that despite Gbarnga being used as a hub for national conferences by past and current governments, the city remains in a deplorable condition, something which does not represent a good image of the county.

Speaking to journalists in Gbarnga recently, the Caucus Chairman said he was disappointed over the appalling state of Gbarnga and called on the government to help county authority to give the city a face lift.

He appealed to delegates to the pending County Council Sitting to prioritize the completion of the Bong Technical College and the pavement of major streets in Gbarnga.
