MONROVIA May 6 (LINA) – Outgoing Deputy Police Director for Operations, Col Abraham Kromah, has said that he has no regrets for his actions and decisions while serving the Liberia National Police (LNP).

He recalled when motorcyclists plying the streets of Monrovia were taking away pedestrians’ bags and other valuables and engaging in armed robbery day and night, it took stern decision to put this under control by enforcing the government directive restricting motorbikes movement.

The outgoing deputy director made the statement when he spoke on behalf of police officers recently relieved of their posts at a turning over ceremony held at the headquarters of the LNP Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Kromah has expressed appreciation to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf for affording him the opportunity to serve his country.

The outgoing Director Kromah also said he will always be available to serve Liberia in whatever capacity government deems necessary.

He also assured his cooperation and support to the incoming acting Deputy Director for Operation, Col. Prince Mulbah, to get the work done.
