BUCHANAN, April 9 (LINA) - The Coordinator of the Grand Bassa County Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) in Buchanan City, Moses A. Bull, has resigned.

Bull resigned the position Tuesday to take up a new position as County Development Officer for Sinoe County, according to the Liberia News Agency quoting Radio Gbehzohn in Buchanan.

Bull described his resignation as a "gateway to other youths to be empowered."

Meanwhile, a Buchanan youth, E. Surprise Whea, has been appointed to act as YEP Coordinator for Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, pending the appointment of a new coordinator.
