KAKATA, April 14 (LINA) - The Magisterial Court in Kakata, Margibi County has charged Isaac Dolo, 19, with murder for allegedly killing Moses F. Kolleh, 22, a

graduating senior of the Booker Washington Institute (BWI) on April 6, 2014.

According to the Liberia News Agency, a copy of the charge sheet, which was contained in a writ of arrest, was served on defendant Dolo through his lawyer in court Monday.

The writ said the defendant being “highly criminal-minded with the intent to commit crime against the state, knowingly caused the death of victim Moses F. Kolleh, Jr. by stabbing him with a silver-colored scissors with black and red handle eight times on diverse parts of his body.”

It can be recalled that on the night of April 6, 2014, the late Kolleh mistakenly hit Dolo while entering a local entertainment center in Kakata.

Even though the late Kolleh reportedly apologized, an argument ensued after which Dolo allegedly rained insults on the victim’s mother, resulting to a fist fight between the two.

It was at this juncture that Dolo allegedly stabbed the late Kolleh multiple times with a pair of scissors.

Kolleh was rushed to a local clinic that night, but due to the severity of his wounds, Kolleh was then rushed to the Charles H. Rennie Memorial Hospital in Kakata, where doctors later pronounced him dead.

The late Kolleh was buried in Cinca, Margibi County last Thursday.
