BELLE YALLAH, May 5 (LINA) - Construction of four new health centers in Gbarpolu County estimated at US$40.000 has been launched by the county’s Senator Armah Zulu Jallah.

The health facilities will be built in Forkpa, Munaquelleh, Belle Yallah and Kongba.

Speaking during the ground breaking ceremony in the four areas, Senator Jallah said construction of the health posts was in fulfillment of the campaign promise he made during the General and Presidential Elections in 2011.

He said building the health centers was necessary because citizens in these areas find it difficult to access medical care whenever they fall sick.

Senator Jallah informed the citizens that besides the health facilities, he was also working with government to complete roads started but are yet to be completed.

The citizens thanked Senator Jallah for fulfilling his promise which, they said, will go a long way in minimizing the many health problems being experienced in these areas.
