Rep. Gray Advises Youths Against Being Scapegoats

MONROVIA, June 5 (LINA) -Montserrado County Representative Acarious Gray has admonished Liberian youths to refuse to be used as scapegoats by individuals with selfish motives.

 

Gray said to guard against being scapegoats youths must develop their potentials by engaging in meaningful ventures that would help to prepare them for future challenges.

According to the Liberia News Agency, the Montserrado County lawmaker
made the call Tuesday when he met with several youths at the “BRIDGE TO THE FUTURE” Tea Shop on 11th Street in Sinkor.

Rep. Gray also said the rebuilding process of Liberia requires the involvement of every Liberian, stressing that youths must be prepared to fully participate in the processes of restoring Liberia’s lost image.

He encouraged young Liberians to strive to acquire the needed education that would make them competent to take over the country in the future.
