MONROVIA, January 21 (LINA) –Auditor-General Yusador Gaye has submitted the final reports to the House of Representatives of audits conducted on the County Development Funds (CDF) of four of the 15 Political sub-divisions.

In a letter to the Chief Clerk of the House, Mildred Sayon, dated December 31, 2014,  Gaye stated that the audit reports cover Fiscal Years 2011/2012 and 2012/2013.

The four counties are Nimba, Montserrado, Margibi and Rivercess, the Liberia News Agency reports.

Following the reading of the letter on Tuesday by Chief Clerk Sayon, plenary noted it without further discussion.

The leadership of the House refused to give Legislative Reporters copies of the reports on grounds that plenary has not deliberated on them.

It can be recalled that the Auditor-General submitted the Final Reports of audits completed by the GAC on the General Services Agency and Bong County to the Lower House in October of 2014, covering Fiscal Years 2011/2012 and 2012/2013.
