Under the MOU, the PUL is also required to proactively and robustly address issues of ethical transgressions on the part of its members within a reasonable period not exceeding 21 days, upon receipt of a complaint.

At the same time, the Ministry of Information is required to seek the advice and collaboration of the PUL when it wants to introduce additional guidelines in the registration process.
