MONROVIA, November 18 (LINA) -The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has charged three persons with unlawful possession and sale of narcotic drugs.
Dennis Ezeugo, Musa Kamara and Alex Kiazulu were arrested on November 14 and taken to the Monrovia City Court for prosecution.
The DEA charge indicated that Ezeugo was arrested in Sinkor with 51.9 grams of heroin valued at L$210, 840, while Kamara was arrested with 22 grams of heroin valued at L$84,000 and Kiazulu with 25.8 grams of heroin value at L$36,000.
During preliminary investigation, Ezeugo and Kiazulu denied the charges, while Kamara admitted that he sells drugs for one Emeka.
Meanwhile, the trial continues at the Monrovia City Court, while the suspects have been remanded at the Monrovia Central Prison.
