GBARNGA, December 15 (LINA) – Bong County Senior Senator Jewel Howard Taylor says Bong County lawmakers will prioritize the delivery of basic social services such as health care delivery, education and infrastructure.

She made the statement following the delivery of a consignment of drugs and medical equipment donated to the Wainsue Clinic in Jorquelleh District one, Bong County by the Bong County Health Team.

In an interview with the Liberia News Agency over the weekend in Gbarnga, Senator Taylor lauded the County Health Team for the donation, noting, "It will help our people get quick medical treatment in that part of the county."

The Wainsue Clinic was built by the Government of Liberia in 2013 through the Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE) program.

Since its completion, it has been closed to the public until recently when the Health Ministry through the Bong County Health Team supplied it with basic equipment to begin active delivery of services to the public.

The newly opened clinic brings the number of Health Centers in Bong County to forty-three.
