Red Cross Lofa Chapter Identifies With Ebola Survivors

VOINJAMA, August 31 (LINA) -The Lofa County Chapter of the Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) has donated food and non-food items to 15 Ebola survivors in Foya and Voinjama districts in the county.

According to the Liberia News Agency, the items included rice, fish, oil and soap.

In separate remarks, the Ebola survivors, who preferred to remain anonymous, extended thanks to the Lofa Chapter of the LNRCS for its show of concern and solidarity.

They hoped other organizations as well as prominent citizens will emulate the good example of the Red Cross and extend assistance to the families of Ebola victims and survivors of the disease in the county
