VOINJAMA, November 10 (LINA) - Participants at a forum of community leaders in Voinjama, Lofa County have called for committees to provide support to quarantined community members in Lofa County.

The recommendation is one of five action plans advanced during the three-hour forum facilitated by LOFANET through IREX in Voinjama Monday, according to the Liberia News Agency correspondent.

The participants also recommended the identification of orphans and their referral to care-giving organizations as well as search for persons who had contact with Ebola patients or bodies in their various communities.

The participants also pointed out that border communities should support the national security apparatus to ensure that the borders remain closed during the Ebola period.

Meanwhile, the organizers of the forum have encouraged participants to share with their kinsmen the knowledge acquired from the forum.
