ROBERTSPORT, November 11 (LINA) - Grand Cape Mount County Senator Edward Dargoseh has donated an ambulance valued at US$55,000 to the Damballa Township Health Center in Porkpa District.

Presenting the ambulance to the county health authorities in Damballa Township recently, Senator Dargoseh said the lack of ambulance in Gola Konneh and Porkpa Districts compelled him to make the donation in the wake of the Ebola outbreak.

Receiving the ambulance, Grand Cape Mount Superintendent Imam Mohammed Paasewe thanked the Senator for the vehicle and said it will be used to transport patients from the district to the St. Timothy Government Hospital in Robertsport, the county capital.
