DEA Arrests Nigerian With Drug In Bomi

TUBMANBURG, December 1 (LINA) - Bomi County Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) detachment h0as arrested a 32-year-old Nigerian for being in possession of narcotic substances.

According to DEA charge sheet, defendant Nicohlas Obei, commonly known as Collins, was arrested with at least 19 pieces of narcotic drugs valued at US$100 in Gbar District, Bomi County on November 27.

The DEA said the defendant admitted to the crime during preliminary investigation and is currently being detained at the Tubmanburg Central Prison awaiting court trial.

Meanwhile, the Tubmanburg Magisterial Court is yet to set a date for the hearing into the case.
