(LINA) – The Managing Director of the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC), T. Nelson Williams, has said that the number of Liberian petroleum importers has increased by 35 percent since 2010.
 
According to Williams, Liberian importers accounted for 30 percent of the market in 2010 when he assumed management of LPRC, but that figure jumped to 65 percent in 2014.

Fire has gutted the University of Liberia LUX FM Radio Station in Monrovia, destroying its 500 watt transmitter and other equipment at the facility.
