PPCC Climaxes 3days training program foe staffs

Our team recently completed an intensive 3-day customer service training program, designed to enhance professionalism, service delivery, and overall customer experience.

The training kicked off with Day 1: Effective Work Ethic, where participants explored the importance of responsibility, accountability, and maintaining a professional attitude in the workplace. This set a strong foundation for the days that followed.

On Day 2: Customer Service 102, staff engaged in interactive sessions focused on the core principles of customer service, including communication skills, handling inquiries effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The program concluded on Day 3: Customer Service 103 and Certification, covering advanced techniques for managing complex customer interactions. Participants demonstrated their learning and were awarded certificates, recognizing their commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth.
