This MOU marks a significant step toward the implementation of the two-year Fellowship, the first of its kind in Liberia, which will empower emerging leaders, civic actors, university student leaders, and young public-sector professionals with the skills and knowledge to promote transparency, accountability, and integrity across the nation.

Please note: This is not the official launch of the Fellowship Program. The formal launch will be announced in due course.

Through this collaboration, the partners aim to:

Build the capacity of young professionals in governance and anti-corruption

Support national efforts under the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID 2025โ€“2029)

Strengthen collaboration between civil society and public institutions

Create pathways for professional development and mentorship

Foster innovation and research in anti-corruption practices

Together, Naymote and LACC are committed to cultivating a new generation of leaders who will help drive Liberiaโ€™s transformation toward a transparent, accountable, and citizen-centered government.

With 74.6% of Liberiaโ€™s population under the age of 35, this partnership represents a bold investment in the future of our democracy.
