With a degree in Mass Communication, and soon-to-be holder of Master in Public Policy from the prestigious Hill City University of Science and Technology (HCUB) in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, J. Rufus Paul has since embarked on a professional journey that has shaped his expertise and skills.

Over the years, he has gained valuable experience in active media work (print and electronic outlets) and public relations, working for renowned entities such as Daily Observer newspaper, FrontpageAfrica newspaper and Super FM radio station.

On the public relations front, Paul has served as media consultant for the C.B Barshell School System, and he is the current Vice Chairman for Press and Public Relations of the ruling Unity Party (UP).

During this time, he successfully led cross-functional teams, managed complex projects, and effectively collaborated with stakeholders at all levels.

Beyond individual success, Paul is also dedicated to giving back to the community.
