Statement delivered by Ambassador Lewis G. Brown II, Liberiaโs Permanent Representative to the United Nations, at the installation ceremony of the national flags of the newly elected non-permanent members of the United Nations Security Council for the 2026โ2027 term, held today at UN Headquarters. Liberia is one of the five newly elected non-permanent members, alongside Bahrain, Colombia, the Republic of the Congo, and Latvia.
